Position: Fresh Cut Supervisor
About: This position involves managing the Fresh Cut operation according to Company standards, supervising Fresh Cut Department employees, providing customer service, ensuring product quality, freshness, safety, and selection in a grocery store setting.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; working knowledge of all duties related to the Fresh Cut Department; good communication skills; knowledge of workplace practices; understanding of company practices and Fresh Cut Department policies and procedures; ability to judge and react to business activity; knowledge of product variety, standards, perishability, food safety, food handling, and sanitation procedures; frequently reaches, lifts, stacks, and maneuvers objects up to 50 lbs.; mental alertness; basic mathematics and weights and measures knowledge; operation of relevant equipment; flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays; good attendance record
