Requirements: Requires working knowledge of all duties related to the Fresh Cut Department; good communication skills; knowledge of workplace and company practices; ability to judge and react to business activity; knowledge of product variety, standards, and safety procedures; ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs; manual dexterity and good eye-hand coordination; mental alertness; basic mathematics skills; familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies; willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays; exposure to equipment hazards.
