Requirements: High school education or equivalent; knowledge of statutory requirements for health and safety, sanitation, chemical usage, and fire procedures; familiarity with HACCP guidelines; understanding of kitchen equipment operations; ability to maintain effective relationships with management, staff, and guests; culinary training or accredited apprenticeship program preferred; relevant experience in high-quality, high-volume, and multi-unit operations preferred
