Position: Freelance Event Specialist
About: Visit.org, a company based in Montvale, NJ, is seeking an experienced Freelance Event Specialist to manage the logistics of upcoming in-person events that promote social impact activities and team-building experiences in collaboration with local nonprofits.
Requirements: Fluency in English and strong communication skills; based in Montvale, NJ; schedule flexibility for per-event contract work; experience in complex, large-scale events and smaller executive-level intimate events; resourcefulness and ability to problem-solve under pressure; strong organizational skills and attention to detail; experience in group facilitation and managing group dynamics; willingness to travel within the local region; able to lift, slide, and carry up to 30lbs; able to stand for extended periods of time
