Position: Freelance Event Specialist
About: Visit.org, an enterprise SaaS company located in Mt. Laurel, NJ, is seeking an experienced and responsible Freelance Event Specialist to manage the logistics of upcoming in-person events. The company focuses on delivering purpose for a more engaged workforce across 90+ countries, working with clients like Applied Materials, Cencora, Pure Storage, and MediaBrands.
Requirements: Fluency in English and strong communication skills; based in Mt. Laurel, NJ; schedule flexibility for contract per-event basis; experience in complex, large-scale events and smaller executive-level intimate events; resourcefulness and ability to exhibit grace under pressure; quick thinker and problem-solver; self-starter who is organized and detail-oriented; experience with group facilitation and managing group dynamics; able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends; willing to travel to various areas of the local region; strong interpersonal and customer service skills; able to lift, slide, and carry up to 30 lbs; able to stand for an extended period of time
