Position: Freelance Event Specialist
About: Visit.org, an enterprise SaaS company focused on delivering purpose for a more engaged workforce, is seeking an experienced, responsible, and driven Freelance Event Specialist to manage the logistics of an upcoming in-person event. They host a variety of purpose-driven events supporting different social impact areas, created and led by nonprofit organizations globally, with clients like Colgate, Paramount, Adobe, and Twilio.
Requirements: Fluency in English and strong communication skills; based in Provo, UT; schedule flexibility to work on a contract per-event basis; experience in complex large-scale events and smaller executive-level intimate events; resourcefulness and ability to exhibit grace under pressure; quick thinker and problem-solver; self-starter who is organized and detail-oriented; customer service-oriented; experience with group facilitation and managing group dynamics; willing to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends; strong interpersonal skills; able to lift, slide, and carry up to 30 lbs; able to stand for extended periods of time
