Requirements: 3+ years of account management or business consulting experience required; B.S./B.A. preferred or equivalent experience; strong ability to execute and work in a results-oriented environment; positive and professional attitude; passion for being a team contributor; real estate industry or franchise experience strongly preferred; skills in influencing, relationship management, collaboration, conflict resolution, superior communication and presentation skills; strong organizational and time management skills; knowledge of current and future real estate industry practices, trends, technologies; field-based position with ability to travel up to 50%
