Position: Franchise Performance Consultant – Century 21- US Based Remote

Requirements: 3+ years of account management or business consulting experience required; B.S./B.A. preferred or equivalent experience; strong ability to execute and work in a results-oriented environment; positive and professional attitude; passion to be a team contributor; real estate industry or franchise experience strongly preferred; skills in ability to influence, relationship management, collaboration, conflict resolution, and superior communication and presentation skills; strong organizational and time management skills; knowledge of current and future real estate industry practices, trends, technologies, and information affecting the business and organization; field-based position with the ability to travel up to 50%
