Position: Franchise Business Leader
About: This role is responsible for leading Operational Excellence including Brand Standards, Quality Products, Food Excellence and Guest Experience. The Franchise Business Leader supports franchisees to drive sales and profits, leads corporate programs, conducts meetings, and ensures operational standards are met.
Requirements: 5+ years of management experience leading a team of 6 or more, including training and coaching; Strong organizational, interpersonal, problem-solving, and influencing skills; 5+ years of Direct experience in restaurants, cafes, P&L, inventory, and customer service; Experience in a multi-unit environment and knowledge of retail/restaurant operations; Bachelor’s degree preferred; ServSafe certified; Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; Demonstrable training experience in restaurant/cafe operations; Strong reasoning, analytical, and problem-solving skills; Ability to build solid relationships and work effectively with others
