Position: Franchise Business Consultant – Dunkin’
About: Inspire Brands, a multi-brand restaurant company with a portfolio including Dunkin’, Arby’s, Baskin-Robbins, Buffalo Wild Wings, Jimmy John’s, and SONIC restaurants worldwide, is seeking a Business Consultant to collaborate with Franchisees and drive business growth in sales, profits, and network expansion.
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED; 4 Year / Bachelor’s Degree preferred; 5 years in supervisory management or district level multi-unit operations; Prior leadership experience; Good oral and written communication skills; Excellent organizational skills; Ability to use data to inform decisions; Knowledge of restaurant operations; Sound business and financial acumen; Skilled at consultation and strategic coaching; Compliance orientation; Big-picture orientation; Must be willing to travel for consultations with Franchisees
