Position: Foundry Operations Manager
About: West Philadelphia Bronze, Inc. is seeking a versatile individual to join their team, undertaking various responsibilities in foundry engineering, operations management, and special projects. The ideal candidate may possess a Bachelor’s degree in Materials/Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or a related field, though it is not mandatory. Prior experience in a foundry is advantageous, and training will be provided for less experienced candidates. Salary is commensurate with experience.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Materials/Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred; experience in a foundry is a plus; effective verbal and written communication skills; willingness to learn all aspects of foundry operations and processes
