Position: Foundation Room Server House of Blues New Orleans
About: Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a skilled Server with fine dining experience to join their team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to guests in a fast-paced upscale dining and nightlife environment.
Requirements: Fine Dining service experience is required; State or County Licensee or Certification Requirement, Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or Equivalent; 2 years high volume experience in fine dining and night-life operations; Working knowledge of high-end restaurant operations and safe, responsible alcohol service; Ability to handle multiple tables efficiently with a friendly attitude; High School Diploma or equivalent; Must have a flexible schedule; Must be able to work in multiple venues; Point of Sales knowledge, preferably MICROS; Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or Equivalent; Interest in wines and spirits; Interest in Night Life; Work environment is fast-paced; Position requires extended periods of prolonged standing and working on your feet; Must be able to lift or move up to 25 lbs using proper lifting techniques
