Position: Forum Shops Sales Associate III
About: Coach, a global fashion house founded in New York in 1941 and part of the Tapestry portfolio, is seeking a Sales Associate to play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and embodying the brand’s values and commitment to excellence.
Requirements: 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment; possession of current knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition; high school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred; knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills (including iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet); ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds, climb, bend, and kneel; ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays during peak retail traffic days.
