Requirements: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Experience desired but open to training candidates with a passion for food. Ability to apply elementary mathematical statistics for inventory and portioning. Willingness to contribute and work in a team environment with a smile and strong work ethic. Hospitality experience desired.
