About: The SC National Guard Youth Challenge Academy is seeking a Food Service Worker to prepare and serve meals to cadets under the supervision of the DFAC supervisor. The role involves cooking, baking, food inspection, kitchen equipment maintenance, and providing training to cadets on food handling.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 2 years of food services experience; knowledge of agency policies, food preparation methods, sanitation procedures, and bakery operations; ability to maintain records, communicate effectively, work in a team, and provide work direction
