Position: Food Svc Spec II – Asst Cook
About: A company in South Carolina is seeking a skilled Cook to prepare food for serving and maintain food service equipment and facilities. The Cook will follow standards for production, quality, sanitation, and maintenance, make inspections to ensure standards are met, and inspect food storage conditions. They will work closely with the Lead Cook, follow recipes, and ensure food is prepared with maximum palatability and appearance.
Requirements: High school diploma and cooking experience in quantity and quality cooking or baking; ability to work with little to no supervision; ability to read and prepare meals using recipe cards; valid SC Driver’s license; ability to work weekends
