Position: Food Services Prep Attendant
About: This position is responsible for preparing hot and/or cold foods to meet orders in patient and/or retail areas, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and the assembly of all cold or hot grill station food items. The role also involves assisting in the assembly of patient food tray cold and packaged components/condiments, maintaining quality control and appearance according to recipes, and upholding sanitation standards as per the HACCP program during the preparation of all patient meals. Team support throughout tray assembly stations is essential for this position.
Requirements: High school education or GED equivalent preferred; restaurant experience is preferred
