About: Directs day to day operations of the assigned service areas to include overseeing tray line, staff scheduling/evaluations, meal rounds/cart delivery rounds, tray line efficiency and accuracy, staff development, and overall patient satisfaction. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned.
