Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Food Handlers Certification or completion of Marion County Advanced Food Management Principles and Concepts Training, including HACCP Certification; 6 months of customer or food service experience; Ability to speak, write, and understand English; Ability to work under pressure and in inclement weather; Proficiency in operating standard food service equipment
