Position: Food Service Worker II
About: Under direct supervision of the Facility Cafeteria Supervisor, Principal Facility Cafeteria Supervisor, or Food Services Field Supervisor, the Food Service Worker II performs duties in the preparation and service of food at a Port Authority Cafeteria. This position is responsible for duties involving the preparation and service of food at the facility location assigned or at other locations as directed by department management.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution; minimum of 2 years’ experience in preparation and service of food including cooking in an industrial type cafeteria operation; ability to stand continuously and work in hot and humid conditions; ability to lift up to 50 pounds; ability to operate kitchen equipment
