Position: Food Service Worker – Coffee Shop Barista
About: Saint Paul College, located in Brooklyn Park, is seeking a Coffee Shop Barista to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the coffee shop guest experience for students, faculty, and staff.
Requirements: Six (6) months of food service work experience; Six (6) months of cashiering experience; Superior customer service skills and initiative; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Must be able to move carts and transport boxes up to 40lbs; Assist with daily deliveries, stocking, and rotating items for freshness; One (1) year of food preparation and customer service/cashiering experience; One (1) year of previous coffee shop experience; Experience closing cash drawers and creating deposits; Experience establishing procedures and standards for a coffee shop; Knowledge of food safety sanitation standards; Effective communication skills with internal and external customers
