Position: Food Service Worker
About: Pacifica Hospital of the Valley is currently seeking a Food Service Worker for per diem (as needed) positions. The Food Service Worker performs entry-level tasks related to the assembly and distribution of food products such as sandwiches, salads, and desserts, operates service equipment including an industrial dishwasher, and participates in tray line and cafeteria and dining room setup.
Requirements: One year of food service experience, preferably in a hospital, group home, or similar environment; basic understanding of food service concepts including principles of general food sanitation and safe food handling; excellent customer service skills; must be able to communicate (speak and understand) in English
