Position: Food Service Site Manager
About: DeBerry Special Needs Facility for the TN Dept of Corrections is seeking a Food Service Site Manager to oversee contracted services for a single client generating up to $1M in revenue. The role involves planning, guiding, and executing food service operations to meet client objectives and customer needs.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree level education highly preferred in Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management; prior experience in the service industry, contract services, or hospitality environment, including managing teams required; strong interpersonal, analysis, and decision-making skills
