Position: Food Service Server
About: Under the supervision of the Dining Room Manager, a Server at Front Porch residential facilities interacts with residents and employees to ensure a great dining experience. Servers are responsible for positive guest interactions, table preparation, menu knowledge, and overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements: Less than high school education; up to 1 month related experience or training; ability to read, speak, and perform basic mathematical operations; capacity to follow simple instructions and handle standardized situations
