Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent required; Previous experience in a food service or health care facility, restaurant, or hotel; Proficiency in English; Ability to follow instructions; Ability to relate to older people; Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Capacity to form productive working relationships; Willingness to learn and adapt in a growing department
