Position: Food Service Manager – Subway
About: Global Partners is a subsidiary of Global Partner, known for its innovative concepts and energy delivery services to communities. The company is currently seeking a Food Service Manager for its American Fast Food Franchise store, Subway, to oversee all aspects of food service and beverage operations.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred; flexibility to work weekend, holiday, and evening shifts; experience in staff selection, training, performance management, sales building, scheduling, and expense management; two years prior experience in a fresh foods environment, preferably in a management role; reliable transportation and valid driver’s license; ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally; Serv-Safe certification preferred; comfortable working in coolers and freezers; ability to stand for long periods, bend and twist below waist, lift and maneuver merchandise, reach above shoulder height, and operate food service equipment; strong communication and leadership skills; detail-oriented and organized
