Position: Food Service Manager

Requirements: Minimum 3 years Food Service Management experience; corporate dining experience preferred; Experience managing a team of 20+ employees; Proven track record of leadership in the hospitality industry; Strong knowledge of current trends in hospitality and food; Excellent coaching and teaching skills; Budget optimization and user experience enhancement; Good decision-making and judgment; Client interaction experience; ServSafe Certified or ability to be certified post-hire; Culinary or Hospitality program graduate preferred; Union environment management experience a plus; Proficiency in Google Docs, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
