Position: Food Service Manager
About: The Mendota Mental Health Institute (MMHI) in Madison, WI is currently looking for a Food Service Manager. MMHI is an inpatient psychiatric facility specializing in serving patients with complex psychiatric conditions, often combined with certain problem behaviors. The institute offers a beautiful campus environment, convenient free parking, and an onsite workout facility. It is an integral part of the Wisconsin mental health service delivery system.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience performing daily operational duties in food service in a cafeteria or high volume food service setting, including serving food, following food handling safety practices, and food ordering; experience in a supervisor or leadership role in food service, including scheduling, training, mentoring, and evaluating performance; experience providing customer service in a food service role
