About: The Department of Corrections, Division of Institutions, is recruiting for a Food Service Lead at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center (LCCC) located in Juneau, Alaska. The Lemon Creek Correctional Center serves as a male intake and long-term facility, ensuring food service operations for approximately 650 meals daily in a secure and efficient manner.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; experience in food service or kitchen operations; ability to supervise and train inmate workers; understanding of dietary requirements and food safety standards; knowledge of food preparation and portioning; adherence to security protocols in a correctional setting
