Position: Food Service Lead
About: The company is seeking a dedicated and skilled Food Service Supervisor to join their team. The role involves overseeing department operations, ensuring quality food production for both internal and external customers in a hospital environment while adhering to safety and sanitation standards. The Food Service Supervisor will also provide direction to staff, handle customer complaints, and manage inventory and purchasing for efficient service delivery.
Requirements: High School Graduate; 3 years of experience in food preparation, service techniques, cashiering, and sanitation standards in a large hospital or hotel/restaurant food service environment; ServSafe Food Handler certification required within 1 year
