Position: Food Service Director – Highlands on the East Side
About: The Highlands on the East Side Providence, RI 02906 is seeking a Food Service Director/Executive Chef to oversee all standards of quality, conduct, customer service, and productivity within the Food Services Department. The ideal candidate must possess knowledge in productivity, costs, budgets, energy conservation, purchasing, personnel development, and kitchen sanitation.
Requirements: High School Diploma or general education degree (GED); Completion of Food Service Management coursework or equivalent training and experience; 1-3 years’ experience as a Chef with Supervisory work experience; Serve Safe Certification
