Position: Food Server – Serrano Vista Cafe – On Call
About: Reporting to the Assistant Manager and/or General Manager, the Food Server is responsible for taking and delivering customer orders, maintaining tables, ensuring guest satisfaction, and finalizing checks. They also handle side work and general cleaning of assigned stations.
Requirements: Knowledgeable of menu items and drinks; Familiar with kitchen equipment and supplies; Understanding of health, safety, and sanitation regulations; Proficient in using computers and POS systems; Effective communication in English; Customer service and interpersonal skills; Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays; 5 years of F&B experience in a high-paced environment; Experience in a resort setting preferred; Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience; Demonstrated experience in setting department goals and action plans.
