Position: FOOD SERVER – MIJO MODERN MEXICAN
About: This position is for a server/cocktail in a high-volume restaurant environment. The role involves greeting guests, guiding them through their dining experience, demonstrating menu knowledge, delivering orders to tables, and providing overall support to ensure excellent service.
Requirements: 2-year experience as a server/cocktail in a similar, high-volume restaurant environment or 1-year experience in a fine dining establishment required; working knowledge of Spirits, Wine, and Food; basic computer skills and experience with POS systems and cash handling skills; good communication skills; ability to work in a high-stress, high-volume environment; positive attitude, self-motivated, energetic, and willing learner; physically able to handle heavy trays and equipment; must be 21 years of age to serve food and beverages; possession of an alcohol awareness card and a Food Handler Safety Training Card.
