Position: Food Server, La Cote – Seasonal
About: Fontainebleau Las Vegas, a luxury resort and casino, is seeking a dedicated Food Server to join their team and provide exceptional dining experiences to guests. The role includes delivering impeccable service, demonstrating menu expertise, and creating a warm and memorable atmosphere in their world-class dining venues.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Experience as a server in an upscale restaurant or luxury hospitality setting is preferred; Knowledge of wine and beverage service; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment; Professional appearance and grooming standards in line with the resort’s image; Basic math skills for accurate order taking and billing; Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus
