Position: Food Server – Delilah
About: The Delilah Food Server role at Wynn Resorts is focused on creating an exceptional guest experience by providing personalized food and beverage service, engaging in professional interactions, and maintaining high standards of service excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements: Highly motivated and energetic personality; 2 years previous work experience as food server in a lounge or fine-dining restaurant; ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays; fluent communication in English, both written and oral; knowledge of wine, beverages, food, and service etiquette; efficient teamwork skills; willingness to work in a loud and fast-paced environment; possession of valid Alcohol Awareness and Food Handler Safety Training cards; exceptional customer service delivery; proficiency in POS software; High School diploma or above; minimum age of 21
