Position: Food Server (Casual/Fine Dining)
About: Delaware Park, a vibrant entertainment destination and casino in Delaware, is seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Wait Staff member to join their team. The ideal candidate will ensure the flawless delivery of service excellence in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and upholding company standards.
Requirements: One year of wait staff experience preferred; successful completion of background check and licensing process required by the Delaware Lottery; possession of an ABC Servers card and/or Tips equivalent; knowledge of Point Of Sales operating systems preferred; ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion; comfortable wearing assigned uniform; ability to stand and walk for extended shifts, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform physical tasks as needed; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; effective communication skills with guests, co-workers, and management; ability to handle various guest situations and provide feedback to department management.
