Position: Food Retail Host/Hostess (Entry Level) – Full Time, $25.65/Hour
About: Aulani, A Disney Resort and Spa, is seeking Food Retail Host/Hostess Cast Members who are dedicated to creating magical experiences and upholding the highest standard of Guest Service in their Quick Service Restaurants. These Cast Members operate in a fast-paced environment, taking orders, handling cash, preparing food, and maintaining cleanliness.
Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age; willing to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions; meet state requirements to obtain a Hawaii Liquor Commission card; able to work independently or as part of a team; possess cash handling capabilities and able to count back proper change; excellent hospitality skills; ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment; speed, accuracy, and efficiency required; ability to work well under pressure; demonstrated ability to resolve Guest situations; receptive to special requests; enthusiastic about interacting with Guests; able to make independent decisions for Guests; self-directed; willing to follow instructions and take direction; flexible and adaptable; supportive of team members; strong verbal communication skills; willing to work various shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events; perform all job functions in a courteous and friendly manner, committed to exceeding Guests’ expectations.
