Position: Food Operations Manager 2
About: Sodexo, a food service and facilities management company, is seeking a Food Operations Manager 2 for Trinitas Regional Medical Center in Elizabeth, NJ. This two-location health care facility includes acute, long-term care, and behavioral health units. The role entails overseeing a team of approximately 60 client staff, focusing on excellent customer service, compassionate care delivery, and industry knowledge.
Requirements: Minimum Education Requirement – Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience; Minimum Management Experience – 2 years; Minimum Functional Experience – 2 years in food or culinary services, including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
