Position: Food Operations Manager 1
About: Sodexo is seeking a Food Operations Manager 1 to join the food service team at White Horse Village in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania. White Horse Village is a premier continuing care retirement community in southeastern Pennsylvania known for its abundant amenities, exceptional wellness programs, delicious food, and excellent facilities. The Food Operations Manager will oversee dining operations for skilled care and personal care residents, requiring prior experience in a senior living/healthcare environment and knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations.
Requirements: Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience; 2 years of basic management experience; 1 year of basic functional experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
