Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a kitchen setting preferred; ability to assist with stocking and setting up kitchen stations, preparing food items, cooking using various methods, maintaining cleanliness, and complying with food sanitation requirements; capability to be on feet for the entire shift, frequently lift/carry up to 25 lb, occasionally lift/carry up to 50 lb, reach with hands and arms in any direction, and kneel and stoop repeatedly; good visual and auditory abilities due to the dynamic nature of the culinary environment.
