Position: Food & Beverage Training Manager
About: SH Hotels & Resorts, a luxury hotel brand management company and affiliate of global private investment firm Starwood Capital Group, is seeking a Food & Beverage Training Manager to join their team. This role involves developing, implementing, and overseeing training programs for new and existing food and beverage establishments within the company, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements: Passionate about food & beverage and a minimum of 2 years of similar work experience; proven experience in food and beverage management with a focus on training and development; strong knowledge of industry trends, customer demands, and local culinary scenes; a post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus; advanced knowledge of food & beverage operations; a strong leader with a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance; excels at communication, both verbal and written; flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation
