Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; 1 year of recent supervisory dining room or food service experience; cash handling and alcohol enforcement experience; minimum age of 18 years; ability to pass pre-employment screenings and obtain a gaming license; knowledge of dining operations, POS systems, procurement, supervisory techniques, Title 4 (Arizona liquor law), and food safety codes
