Position: Food & Beverage Supervisor
About: ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an immediate opening for a Food & Beverage Supervisor at the Shreveport Convention Center/Municipal Auditorium in Shreveport, Louisiana. The Food & Beverage Supervisor will work under the direction of the Food & Beverage Manager/Director of Food & Beverage to oversee various functions according to ASM policies.
Requirements: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Food and Beverage management; Catering management experience required; Experience in a multi-purpose entertainment facility preferred; Proven track record of exceeding customer service and quality standards required; Knowledge of Microsoft Office; Able to pass background check and drug screen; Strong customer service orientation; Excellent organizational, planning, communication, and interpersonal skills; Louisiana Responsible Vendor Permit (LACT) and Serv-Safe Certified; Valid Louisiana Drivers License
