Position: Food & Beverage Supervisor
About: The Hilton Garden Inn Raleigh-Durham/RTP is currently seeking a full-time F&B Supervisor. The ideal candidate must have F&B management experience and be available to work flexible day or evening shifts, including weekdays and weekends.
Requirements: At least 2 years supervisory experience in a restaurant and/or hotel environment; high school diploma required; associates degree or higher in a food & beverage-related subject preferred; advanced knowledge of proper food handling & storage requirements, use of industrial kitchen equipment, and food preparation techniques; experience managing budgets and inventory levels; ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to meet all certification requirements; strong interpersonal and communication skills; strong organizational skills and attention to detail; effective problem-solving skills; must possess a positive attitude and have an outgoing/friendly personality.
