Position: Food & Beverage Supervisor
About: The Food and Beverage Supervisor at Courtyard Downtown Norfolk is responsible for supervising food and beverage operations and delivering an excellent guest experience. This role maximizes sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and team member engagement.
Requirements: Experience in F&B required; experience in a hotel environment a plus. Must be highly motivated, self-directed, with strong initiative and desire for achievement. Exceptional customer service skills required. Must possess strong computer skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills required. Must be a leader, a driver, and guest service oriented.
