Position: Food & Beverage Server
About: Gateway National is seeking a Food & Beverage Server to work closely with the Clubhouse Manager and/or Golf Professional on duty to assure an excellent guest experience. The Server must have excellent listening skills and an eagerness to provide excellent service, being neat and well-groomed in accordance with Club’s Team Member standards. This position requires a highly self-motivated individual who can work with minimal supervision and interact with guests at a high level. Responsibilities include greeting members and guests warmly, preparing and serving beverages, maintaining bar inventory, and ensuring a clean and attractive working environment. Must have weekend and daytime availability, clear communication skills, organizational abilities, standing capability of 6-8 hours, a positive attitude, computer literacy, and basic math skills.
