Position: Food & Beverage QA Manager (Mandarin)
About: Our international team is seeking an experienced and motivated Quality Assurance Manager to play a key role in implementing quality management systems within large food enterprises or major chain restaurant brands. This full-time position will report directly to the Head of U.S. Business Division, offering an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above in Food Engineering or Food Science; at least 10 years of experience in quality management systems within large food enterprises or major chain restaurant brands; familiarity with U.S. food safety and regulatory standards in the F&B industry; proficient knowledge of food production technology and quality management standards, such as FSSC22000, BRC, HACCP, ISO22000; strong document drafting and editing skills; logical thinking, excellent communication and coordination skills, organizational abilities, and fluency in English and Mandarin
