Position: Food & Beverage QA Manager (Mandarin)
About: Our international team is seeking an experienced and motivated Quality Assurance Manager with 10+ years of experience in quality management systems within large food enterprises or major chain restaurant brands. The position will play a key role in implementing local supplier quality management systems, reviewing and maintaining local suppliers, conducting inspections and analysis of food safety at stores and warehouses, and managing daily quality and food safety management activities. This full-time position will report directly to the Head of U.S. Business Division, offering an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment within our expanding international team.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Food Engineering or Food Science; at least 10 years of experience in quality management systems within large food enterprises or major chain restaurant brands; familiarity with U.S. food safety and regulatory standards in the F&B industry; strong knowledge of food production technology and quality management standards including FSSC22000, BRC, HACCP, ISO22000, and other related policies; strong document drafting and editing skills; excellent communication and coordination skills; fluency in English and Mandarin.
