Position: Food & Beverage Operations Manager – Pikes Peak
About: Aramark Destinations Pikes Peak is seeking a Food and Beverage Operations Manager who is not only an experienced leader but also a skilled chef with strong culinary expertise. This individual must have a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences and an entrepreneurial mindset to grow the business.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts, Hospitality Management, or Business Administration or equivalent; extensive experience as a professional chef, preferably in a leadership role; previous Aramark experience strongly preferred; proven expertise in food and beverage management, with an entrepreneurial mindset; proficiency in Micros, Birchstreet, and PrimaWeb; demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment; strong understanding of cost control, P&L management, and revenue growth strategies; required food and beverage certifications (ServSafe, Alcohol Service, etc.); ability to work at high elevations and adapt to varying weather conditions for extended periods of time
