Position: Food & Beverage Manager – InterContinental Houston
About: InterContinental Hotels & Resorts is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee all aspects of one or more full-service food and beverage outlets in Houston, Texas. The ideal candidate will ensure optimum performance, superior guest service, and maximum profitability while adhering to all relevant regulations and fostering a special and cosmopolitan guest experience.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of restaurant management experience in a full-service outlet or similar setting; ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds; strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills; alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit as required; willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
